THOT’S BOARDS
“I’m going to tell you the tale of Thot, the Priest – King of Atlantis, who got away from his home land when it fell into the waters and found a haven in Egypt, where he gave as precious gift his emerald boards, which were source of wisdom and acknowledgment “…This could be the beginning of a good tale for children, one of those stories that can be told in front of a warm hearth during a cold winter night. But this is not a fairy tale of elves and dragons, it is an unbelievable discovery that, if considered as it would deserve, could change the knowledge of the whole world.
Thot took refuge in Egypt about 52000 years ago, when nor a shadow of his homeland had remained on Earth. He founded a colony and ruled on it with great wisdom, until he decided to leave that land. Before leaving, he raised Kheope’s Great Pyramid and put inside all the secrets of his knowledge, with guards beyond the Great Hall of Amenti to protect those secrets. The progeny of the Guards became priests and worshipped Thot as God of Wisdom and Knowledge.
The legend tells that Thot had defeated even death and his Spirit could pass from a man to another. He was also known as Hermes, the three-times-born, and in this personification he gave his writings, known in the Occult World as “The emerald boards”. The boards were ten and were left to the priests as heritage. After they have been divided in thirteen parts, but we don’t know the reason. The boards, according to the God Thot, must be read more than once, even hundreds times in order to understand their hidden meanings. If you read it randomly, they will reveal very little; the study about them must be intensive, because only in this way people will achieve the real knowledge, until this moment so far. The Emerald boards had been found in the Middle Age in an unknown place and had been translated in 1925, but they have been issued only in recent times. They say that if Light is inside you, the Light inside these boards will answer to your call. This sentence is very interesting, but full of hidden meanings. The legend tells that these boards are made of a very strong green emerald, and written in the ancient language used in Atlantis.
Here I write a piece taken from the board number 3, also called “ the key of wisdom”:
“Don’t convert the time of what your heart is following. It is abhorred by your soul.
Those who are guided can’t be led astray, but what they have lost can’t be found along a straight path. If you go among the peoples, go alone, love with the beginning and the end of your heart.
If someone comes to you looking for an advice, let him speak freely in order to make what he’s asking for.
If he hesitates in opening his heart means that you – you the judge – have done something wrong.
Don’t repeat yourself with wrong speeches, neither listen to him, because it’s the word of someone who’s not equilibrated.
Don’t speak about this, so him could knowledge the wisdom before you.
Silence is of good profit.
Too many speeches are a good profit at all.
Don’t celebrate your heart above the sons of men, so it could be carried under the dust.
If you are great in the human race, be honoured for knowledge and gentleness.
If you try to understand the nature of a friend, don’t ask his fellow, but pass some time alone with him: Talk to him and check his heart from his words and his behaviour.
What’s been left behind must come out again, and things that are yours must be shared with a friend. The knowledge is seen like ignorance from the fool and the things that could be a profit to him are seen as dangerous.
He lives in death. It is then his food.
The wise man leaves his heart to flood but maintains the silence.
Oh, man, listen the wisdom voice; listen the light’s voice.
Look for with your wisdom: turn your thoughts to the inside.
Don’t close your mind to light’s flower.
Put inside your heart an image of the shape-thought. Think about the numbers which will lead you to life.
The path is clear for the one who has the wisdom. Open the door to the reign of light.
Pour your flame like a morning sun, Close outside the darkness and live in the day, take yourself, man!.
The trie key of wisdom , as it seems, is to open our heart towards the one who need it. To love each other and give ourselves to the other , defeating the evil and the darkness, seems to be, even for Tot, really the true solution to all the wrong and the bad in this world.Kitiara_77 - Laura (translated by Nailedtoacross)
